Guess what?! When the folks over at The Snap Source heard that we were joining with Hopeful Threads to sew bibs for two different charities this month, they offered to send me THREE SnapSetter® Starter Sets to give away! How cool is that?
I love using the SnapSetter® for clothing. The snaps are high quality, affordable and long-lasting, and applying them is fast and easy! Simply position the snap components and fabric in between the layers of The SnapSetter® and hammer into place.
How many things can you think of that could use snaps? (Snaps, by the way, are far easier for little hands to manage when dressing themselves than buttons. My six-year-old, Jamie, requests them on all of his camp shirts!)
Each starter set comes with the standard size 16 SnapSetter®, six open-ring snap sets and 40 capped snap sets! And, did I mention, that THREE people will win?
To enter, just follow the instructions on the Rafflecopter below! I’ll announce the winners on Monday, 2/25, and the winners will have 48 hours to respond. Both domestic and international entries are welcome!

I would use these for my boys clothes and other various projects

I just discovered snaps in sewing and would love to learn more!!!!
I have 2 kids and 2 nieces and a nephew, I have all kinds of fun projects I could use a snapsetter for! My sister cloth diapers so I wonder if this would work when making those?
Hi, Felicia! Metal snaps are not the best type for cloth diapers. For cloth diapers, you want to use polyresin (plastic) snaps and a snap press or snap pliers. For those, check out the Assunta Store here: http://www.assuntastore.com/
Going to be a grandma for the first time. I need all of this stuff!
As a beginner sewer, this would enable me to make easy snap shirts and skirts for my daughter. Love it!!
I have always wanted to try these, ever since I first started sewing a few years ago. I would probably use the snaps on the jumper from the LOL. I have sewn other clothes from the pattern, but not the jumper as I wasn’t keen on using the plastic snaps for it.
Oh I’d LOVE a snap set! Hopefully I will still have time to make a bib or two for the project as well. I need to go and check the deadline for that project. Thanks so much for the giveaway
Valerie
I would use this for snaps on sandwich bags, bibs, and all kinds of other fantastic projects!!
i would snap some phone pouches, this is a great prize
Great giveaway! I use a ton of snaps for all my sewing, which is for 4 boys at the moment (1 son & 3 nephews). I’m a huge fan of all your patterns, Bonnie! They have been a huge confidence booster as a beginning sewist.
my current snap pliers are aweful and bend my snaps all out of shape. This would be a great prize
I would love to win one of these! Thanks for giving us a chance to own one too!
I would put snaps on some shirts and convert some wet bag handles.
I would use them for my crafting and for my grandbabies clothing!
I’ve been wanting to use metal snaps for a while now, I’d use them on some Fishsticks layette items for my new little one.
Baby bibs!
Love the bibs with snaps! i have a few that just need something to close them and now i know what i am going to try!

I use snaps for bibs and shirts! Thanks for this giveaway!
I would love to start using snaps on my son’s clothing. Looks great on those bibs too. thanks!
I’ve been wanting to make some adult bibs for awhile. Husband and I were discussing this yesterday – how to make them stay on. Snaps would be terrific! This would be the “kick” that would get me started!
I often want snaps on many things such as my billfolds but the sew on kind are so quick to fall apart, this would be so helpful.
I would love this set…I have 2 little guys so I would put snaps on everything!
I’ve never tried this style of snaps and would love to give them a whirl. I have a grandbaby coming in May and would be able to put them to good use!

Oops didn’t read what to comment. I would use it on my kids clothes.
What a great giveaway! These snaps would be great for so many of your awesome patterns!
I need to make diaper covers for my little one and this would be so much better than hook and loop…
Awesome!!
I would love to try snaps, I have been intimidated by them so far.
I use snaps on everything! Diapers, bibs, clothes, kids toys……
I would love to have try the snaps. I am back to sewing again and this would great on shirts for my grandsons.
Oh, this looks perfect to take with us overseas!!
I would use it to make bibs or children clothing.
Looks handy!
I’m sewing for our local Ronald McDonald house this year. I think they could surely use bibs, so I’d be using these snaps for those.
I have so many patterns that call for snaps, but I tend to avoid them and use hook and loop or buttons instead. I would love to win this set that would make snaps doable for me again!!!
I am always making things for my sweet grandchildren (using many Fishsticks patterns) and love putting quality snaps on their shirts and jackets. It is so much easier for the little ones to fasten their own clothing with snaps as opposed to buttons.
Besides bibs(of course, LOL) I would use them on doll clothes and on the jumpers I make my niece that she is required to wear to her school.
I’d use them on pouch flaps! so much nicer than velcro!
I’d use them for clothes for my kids and for bibs!!!
I would put snaps on things instead of buttons for the grandkids
I have made binky lease using snaps. I am going to have to try the snaps on a bib.
I’m sure there are tons of ideas. My first thought is on totes and bags. I like making these items. Thanks for the chance to try something new to me.

I need some snaps . was just looking at Joann fabrics and did not really care for what they had !!!!! these look awesome !
Summer bubble suits, and the reusable diapers or diaper covers.
These look cool, I’ve loved to try them!
I’d love to try these on a jamie jumper. But first, I’ll need to buy that pattern in the bigger sizes since my baby got too big for the little one layette!
Oh my goodness! The possibilities are endless! Thank you.
Bibs. Bags? other things!
How awesome
I would use it for bibs and kid clothing.
Ooooh! I could use this baby and kids clothes and accessories…all kinds of stuff actually.

I would use it on the bibs that I make!
Thanks for the giveaway!
I’d make some bibs as gifts and charity donations and I’d use them on my grandkids art smocks instead of ties!
I’d definitely use these to make some bibs. My baby girl has really long hair and I’m tired of getting it caught in the velcro on her bibs.
I would love to make some bibs. I like the idea of donating them, although we have several expectant moms in our family and friend circles who would like them, too.
It’s been yeas since I’ve sewn with snaps and it looks like they’re much easier to use now. Thanks for the chance to win.

What a great giveaway!! Looks easy and convenient!
Oh I LOVE this giveaway, I sooo need this! Thanks for the chance!
These look like something that will work! which means I won’t have to fight with snaps ever again!
I have snap pliers and they only do a good job about half the time. I have ruined so many of those toothy rings, it’s ridiculous. I use them on shirts. I’ve even added them to the bottom of duvet covers.
I would love to make some diapers for my niece with my new tool!
Jumpers for my kids!
I would use on purses and small bags
I’d use a snap set to finish all the projects I have half-finished that require buttons! It seems like it would be so much faster than sewing button holes and hand-sewing on buttons.
I would make some bibs for a baby gift and a shirt for my grandson, who is learning to dress himself. Looks like a tool that will actually work. Thanks for the giveaway.
Ooooh I love snaps! I have an awkward set of plier type things, these look amazing!

I would set snaps on girls dresses
I would use it for making diapers, clothes, anything else to fasten!
What a great giveaway! Thanks for the prize opportunity!
Bags! Thanks for the giveaway!
The new clothes I’m sewing up for my three girls!!!
I’m kinda new to sewing. These would be nice when making small pouches or even on some handbags!
I (still) have the snaps that need hammering on that I used to use when making my childrens clothes. They are very awkward and not 100% successful so it didn’t take me too long to give up trying. SnapSetter sounds a MUCH better option. I now have grand children so would use it for their baby-grow suits and little shirts.
I have a 5 month old grandson to sew for and this would really come in handy. Thanks for having this giveaway.
I would use the snaps for lunch box tote bags, outwears for my 2 little children
These look so easy for my little grand niece to use, they are perfect for bibs.
The snap setter looks just what I need to make my daughter’s clothes more practical and fun!
What a nifty looking snap setter. It seems it would be a lot easier on the hands that traditional ones. Thanks for the giveaway!
I make in-the-hoop embroidered purse pouches that would be great with snaps instead of zippers.
Oh wow! I’d put snaps on everything – bibs for my messy son, dresses for my daughter, pouches, pants for my son, you name it, it would have a snap on it!

Looks like this is so much easier to use than some others. It would be great for my grandkids.

My daughter makes her own baby diapers and this might go well with that project.

I love to use snaps for my little grandsons shirts. I also use them on packets that I make to store various matching/sorting card materials for my classroom. They are great on sippy cup/toy/pacifier leashes as well. I love snaps and I love, love fishsticks patterns!
I would use it add snap closure to the pocket of tooth fury pillows I make.

I love using snaps! Thanks for the contest!
I’m soon to be a great auntie, so would use snaps on all the tiny baby clothes i get to make
I would use it for EVERYTHING! I made 5 pairs of Fishsticks Designs Pyjama Party PJs as Christmas presents last year, and 30 snaps would have been so much easier than 30 buttons and buttonholes. I have a metal press-stud tool, but it’s very difficult to use. I haven’t seen Snap Source before, I will check to see if I can buy their stuff here in the UK.
Woohoo! can’t wait to try these on my Jamie Jumpers for the twins we’re expecting!!

Next up would be some summer rompers for my 2 year old
i would like to use it on my homemade clothes..
Snaps would add a whole new dimension to my sewing. Pouches, doll clothes, bibs, and all the other things I’ve been reluctant to sew could now be on the menu.
